Common questions
What happens if I exceed my monthly report limit?
We keep ingesting reports - we never silently drop your mail data. Reports over the limit are flagged in the admin so you can upgrade or trim domains. We email you when you hit 80% so there are no surprises.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. From your billing page you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger volumes?
Yes. If your needs are larger than the Pro plan, contact [email protected] and we will work something out.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial - one domain, 1,000 reports per month, unlimited duration. Pick a paid plan when you are ready for more.
How does billing work for monthly vs annual?
Monthly is billed every month. Annual is billed once a year, at a discount equivalent to two months free. You can switch between them whenever.
What about VAT?
Prices on this page are ex-VAT. UK customers are charged 20% VAT at checkout. International VAT-registered businesses can enter a VAT number for reverse charge where applicable.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle - you keep access until then. After that, your account moves to the Free plan if eligible, or pauses if you exceed Free limits.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer mid-cycle refunds for monthly plans. For annual plans, contact us within 30 days of payment and we will refund the unused portion.
